Congratulations to Dr. Diane Heckley! Mike Wood and the JRA team were honored to help with the transition of Downtown Dental Spa! After practicing for 30 years and operating her successful practice in Bloomington, IN for 20 years, Dr. Heckley has transitioned Downtown Dental Spa to P1 Dental Partners.
P1 is a Dental Partnership Organization (DPO), comprised of an elite affiliated group of successful & established dental practices, from all corners of the State of Indiana. They are deeply committed to establishing a model that differentiates from the status quo, understanding the many intricacies of thee dental industry landscape.
Expansion – Palos Heights Family Dental
Congratulations to Dr. Umang Patel and Dr. Richard Facko on the purchase of a new building to expand their already flourishing dental practices!

Dr. Facko’s practice Palos Pediatric Dentistry caters to children of all ages. Startup – That Face
Congratulations to Dr. Tara Sulyman for finalizing the lease agreement for her new Lincoln Park cosmetic surgery office, That Face. Dr. Sulyman believes deeply in her motto: “Everyone Deserves to Feel Beautiful.” Her approach to facial plastic surgery and non-surgical treatments is to enhance the beauty of her patients’ natural features by creating balance and harmony. She is one of the few African American female plastic surgeons practicing in the USA, and her mastery of the art exemplifies the new generation of plastic surgeons. JRA is pleased to announce the $1,850,000 sale of a 12,000 square foot Medical Office Building located at 3545 Lake Avenue in Wilmette, IL. JRA was able to assist a long-time client in the disposition of an underperforming asset by identifying three prospective buyers for the property. This enabled JRA to help the seller reduce due diligence time and get the best price possible for the building.
