Dr. Renee Habbal recently purchased a 2,400 SF new-construction commercial condo at 2224 W. Grand Avenue in Chicago, located in West Town’s Arts and Antiques District. Essam (Sam) Tamimi of JRA represented the buyer, while David Kaplan of Strauss Realty represented the seller.
BODYBAR Pilates | Elmhurst, IL
BODYBAR Pilates is coming soon to Elmhurst! The popular fitness concept recently leased 2,620 SF at The Shoppes of Elmhurst, 692 W. North Avenue, located at one of Chicagoland’s busiest intersections.
Dominic Rossi III of JRA represented BODYBAR Pilates in securing its new location, while Sean McCourt of CBRE represented the landlord.
V-Smiles | Chicago, IL
Congratulations to new graduate Dr. Vanessa Cardenas of V-Smiles! Coming right out of dental school, JRA helped Dr. Cardenas find the right opportunity and secure a great deal on 1,000 SF at 5955 W. Irving Park Road in Chicago.
JRA’s Scott Fitzpatrick represented the landlord in the transaction.
Best Endodontics of Glenview | Lease Renewal
Dr. Marty Rogers of Best Endodontics of Glenview recently renewed his lease. Scott Fitzgerald of JRA represented the tenant, while Carlo Santucci and Jose Jimenez of Avalon Realty represented the landlord.
Acme Dentistry | Hobart, IN
Acme Dentistry is expanding! Congratulations to Dr. Mohammed Murtaza, Dr. Mohammed Mir, Dr. Zubair Ali Mohammed, and Dr. Raed AlDelayme on the completion of their new 5,971 SF dental practice at 7878 E. Ridge Road in Hobart, Indiana.
The new location represents an expansion from Acme Dentistry’s existing Franklin Park, Illinois location. Dominic Rossi III and Eric Paik of JRA represented the clients in securing the new space.
🎉 Nexa Dental Ribbon Cutting | Chicago, IL
Congratulations to Dr. Sam Cvetkovic on the ribbon cutting of Nexa Dental at 1821 W. Lawrence Avenue in Chicago. The new dental practice is located in Ravenswood, one of Chicago’s established neighborhood business districts.
Medical Real Estate Purchase | Palatine, IL
A JRA client recently purchased a 3,000 SF medtail building at 204 N. Hicks Place in Palatine, Illinois. Essam (Sam) Tamimi of JRA represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

Dr. John O’Brien of TP Dental successfully transitioned his practice to Dr. Kyle Nguyen. William Park of JRA brokered the transaction.
Midwest Periodontics and Implantology
Dr. Ray Sanai of Midwest Periodontics and Implantology successfully transitioned his practice to Dr. Siddharth Bansal of JNM Dental. Dr. Nancy Cozzi of JRA brokered the transaction.

Dr. Kurtis Wirth | Rockford, IL
Dr. Kurtis Wirth successfully transitioned his dental practice to Dr. Daniel Weyrauch of Weyrauch Dentistry, who also purchased the 2,676 SF real estate at 1107 S. Mulford Road in Rockford, Illinois.
Dr. Nancy Cozzi of JRA brokered the dental practice transition and Scott Fitzgerald represented the seller in the real estate transaction. Bobby Walsh of Dickerson & Nieman Realtors represented the buyer in the real estate transaction.
