Joe is the proud founder of Joseph Rossi and Associates. Having been born and raised in Chicago, he grew up helping his family businesses, retail furniture and real estate. As his career evolved, he focused on healthcare real estate and became the expert in Chicago.
Peter is an indispensable asset with a broad knowledge of the dental and healthcare business with an invaluable network which benefits his clients. He began his career in residential real estate gaining valuable property management and brokerage experience.
Senior Vice President of Real Estate Services
Prior to joining JRA, Doug spent five years at Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate as part of the Office, Medical, and Retail team. Doug represented landlords throughout the Chicago market on over one million square feet of product.
Director of Practice Sales
George has over a decade of experience growing, enhancing, and brokering businesses in various industries, including healthcare. Dentistry is both personal and professional for George.

Mike brings his 25 years of industry experience to help dentists achieve their practice goals. With a valuable network, Mike brings expertise to help healthcare professionals start, relocate, and expand their practices.
Vice President of Practice Sales
Pete expanded JRA’s footprint to Wisconsin and brings a valuable network and expertise which he acquired over 15 years as a dental and medical equipment sales executive. His passion is working with doctors to grow their practices by leveraging new technology and services.
Sam loves meeting new people and providing the best service. Before joining JRA, he launched a residential real estate career where he worked tirelessly to exceed his clients’ expectations and began investing personally in real estate.
Practice Transition Liaison
Alex focuses on understanding clients to help them review the opportunities aligned with their needs and identify ones they haven’t considered. His empathetic approach to clients and strong business sense helps him serve the other person’s aims and goals before his own.
Director of Real Estate & Practice Advisory
Representing JRA in Florida and Chicago, John brings over 20 years of experience advising dental practices, emerging groups, and DSO’s with practice management software and technology solutions.
Dom grew up working with his father & grandfather in the furniture business. Through his time working in the family business, he gained a broad sales background proudly serving the Chicagoland area for 4 generations.
Dave has over 25 years of experience in the dental industry formerly a dental equipment sales rep. He has a strong understanding of dental practice operations and is excited to join the JRA Team. Dave is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology and lives in the western suburbs. He enjoys golfing, being outdoors and hanging with friends and family.
Prior to joining JRA, Jennifer has been a successful banking professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the banking, lending, and real estate industry. She began as a Bank Teller, transferred to become a Loan Closing Officer then advanced to the Lien and Foreclosure Administrator working closely with the City of Chicago and dibbled into a Construction Escrow Administrator roll.
Practice Development Manager
With over 25 years of dental experience, Shera has a strong and ongoing connection with both buyers and sellers of dental practices. She is uniquely qualified, with firsthand experience, to help you choose the best practice transition that is distinctive to you. Shera Vittorio holds a degree in business management from Dominican University and has over 20 years of management experience in the dental industry. Prior to JRA, she received her real estate license and has spent years working with both residential and commercial clients.
As the Vice President of JRA and Founder of Sell to DSO, Brian Mans brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. Partnering with JRA, our goal is to empower individual and group practice owners, leveling the playing field amidst today’s most challenging decisions. Brian's role involves advising our clients across the country, seamlessly combining JRA’s extensive knowledge of practices, real estate, and valuations with his background in dental mergers & acquisitions, private equity, valuation, and practice management. With a proven track record, Brian has been responsible for over 300 M&A transactions, spanning states from coast to coast, including California to New York, and with revenues ranging from $600k to $20m+.
Ashley is our newest addition to the team and just a few years removed from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She brings 2 years of healthcare sales experience in the Medical Equipment field to the JRA Team. Her previous experiences in medical sales focused on Business Sales Development and Client Management with a passion for delivering unparalleled service to clients within the dynamic healthcare landscape. In her free time Ashley loves being with family and friends, working out, traveling and taking care of her two shih tzus, Dewey and Rudy.
