Meet the Team

Joe is the proud founder of Joseph Rossi and Associates. Having been born and raised in Chicago, he grew up helping his family businesses, retail furniture and real estate. While learning every facet of the business from his father Dominic, Joe came to understand the value of real estate and the importance of location. As his career evolved, he focused on healthcare real estate and became the expert in Chicago. 

Since the inception in 2011, JRA quickly earned a reputation as the top representation for healthcare professionals. Over the past decade, Joe has grown the team and the business to offer a suite of services that address a variety of needs. With the foresight and astute business acumen, Joe built a team of experts to respond to an increasingly diverse set of challenges entrusted to him by clients. 

Joe has executed over 350 transactions with passion and pride. He greets every morning with enthusiasm, more prepared than ever to take on a new challenge. At the end of his day, he is eager to get home to his beautiful wife Andrea, an accomplished lighting designer, his pride and joy Rino and Dominic, and their two adorable frenchies, Leo and Ella. 

Peter is an indispensable asset with a broad knowledge of the dental and healthcare business with an invaluable network which benefits his clients. He began his career in residential real estate gaining valuable property management and brokerage experience.

In 2015, he met Joe and they have grown JRA to what it is today.

Pete continues to enjoy getting to know his clients and leveraging his business development and marrying it to their passion for what they do.

While not working on a deal with a client, Pete enjoys investing in real estate himself. He is a proud member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He enjoys spending time with his wife Stephanie and their two frenchies, the Bash Brothers.

Nancy Cozzi graduated from Loyola Dental School and built of a successful dental practice for over 30 years in La Grange Illinois. She is active in the Chicago Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Illinois State Dental Society. She has been an adjunct teacher at Loyola Dental School and Midwestern Dental School and served on Delta Dental of IL Board for 14 years. She is currently practicing dentistry part-time and consulting for GC America. She is excited to recently join Joseph Rossi and Associates to assist dentists transition out of practice ownership or begin start-ups.

Prior to joining JRA, Doug spent five years at Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate as part of the Office, Medical, and Retail team. Doug represented landlords throughout the Chicago market on over one million square feet of product and represented tenant leases over 50k sq ft of commercial space. Some notable clients of his include: PANCOR, Illinois Property Solutions, Guardian Life Insurance, DLC Management, Janko Group, and Levin Associated. Doug’s knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and comprehensive understanding of the process make him an asset to both property owners and tenants. Doug received his Bachelor of Science from Millikin University in 2007.

Dom grew up working with his father & grandfather in the furniture business. Through his time working in the family business, he gained a broad sales background proudly serving the Chicagoland area for 4 generations. Since then, Dom has reunited with his brother Joe Rossi in yet another family business. Through his past experience and his knowledge, he has become an asset in working with the needs of our Dental & Medical clients. In his free time, Dom enjoys spending time with his wife Christine, daughter Juliana and sons Dom IV & Jack. One of his favorite activities is walking his pit-bull Lola and when he is not working, he is playing competitive Racquetball on the courts.

Sam loves meeting new people and providing the best service. Before joining JRA, he launched a residential real estate career where he worked tirelessly to exceed his clients’ expectations and began investing personally in real estate.   

In fact, Essam is uniquely positioned to work on behalf of medical business owners. He was a partner to a West Loop dental start-up which profitably sold! Having been a dental practice owner, he knows what it takes to not only operate a dental office, but to successfully close a transaction and create a positive experience to all parties involved. Now armed with his personal real estate success and years of professional experience, Essam is focused on ensuring a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers that consistently exceed his clients' expectations. 

George has over a decade of experience growing, enhancing, and brokering businesses in various industries, including healthcare. Dentistry is both personal and professional for George. His wife, Denise, is a top pediatric dentist in the Chicago suburbs. In 2015, George helped Denise start her own practice. With her medical expertise and his business acumen, they have grown the practice to seven operatories, 15 employees and two full time dentists. 

George is the only healthcare practice broker in the Chicagoland area with an MBA.  He Is an expert at financial modeling and practice valuations. His expertise supporting Denise day-to-day with her practice has given him an in-depth understanding of challenges and rewards of owning a healthcare operation.  As he brokers practice transitions with JRA, he combines technical financial knowledge with empathy to make the experience a positive one for all his clients. 

George earned both his BS and MBA degrees from Loyola University Chicago. A native of Chicago, George currently resides in the south suburbs with Denise and their two children. 

Alex focuses on understanding clients to help them review the opportunities aligned with their needs and identify ones they haven’t considered. Before joining JRA, Alex worked as an Analyst for Aptus Exchange by valuating clinics for a successful and profitable economic transition. His empathetic approach to clients and strong business sense helps him serve the other person’s aims and goals before his own.

Alex received his Bachelor’s in Marketing and Economics from Saint Louis University. As a Wisconsin native, he enjoys nature and anything involving water. In his free time, you can find Alex spending time with friends, snowboarding, and exploring his surroundings.

Mike brings his 25 years of industry experience to help dentists achieve their practice goals. Prior to joining JRA, Mike was a top equipment sales executive with Henry Schein. With a valuable network, Mike brings expertise to help healthcare professionals start, relocate, and expand their practices. He knows dental operations inside and out and he is always abreast of the latest advances in dental technology. Mike has helped over 200 dentists most of their space and differentiates themselves among competitors. Now, he is proud to represent JRA in Indiana.

Mike is a lifelong resident of Indiana. He grew up in Carmel, got his BS in Marketing from Indiana University and now lives in Fishers with his wife and 2 children. In his free time, Mike enjoys cooking, camping and entertaining family and friends.

With over 25 years of dental experience, Shera has a strong and ongoing connection with both buyers and sellers of dental practices. She is uniquely qualified, with firsthand experience, to help you choose the best practice transition that is distinctive to you. Shera Vittorio holds a degree in business management from Dominican University and has over 20 years of management experience in the dental industry. Prior to JRA, she received her real estate license and has spent years working with both residential and commercial clients. Shera joined the JRA team in 2023 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our clients. She is committed to be sure that your dental practice transition is a smooth and rewarding one. When Shera is not working, she loves cooking for her family and spending time with her husband Chris, and two children Louis and Angelina, who are both avid hockey players.

Dave has over 25 years of experience in the dental industry formerly a dental equipment sales rep. He has a strong understanding of dental practice operations and is excited to join the JRA Team. Dave is a graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology and lives in the western suburbs. He enjoys golfing, being outdoors and hanging with friends and family.

Prior to joining JRA, Jennifer has been a successful banking professional with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the banking, lending, and real estate industry. She began as a Bank Teller, transferred to become a Loan Closing Officer then advanced to the Lien and Foreclosure Administrator working closely with the City of Chicago and dibbled into a Construction Escrow Administrator roll. She possesses the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and is very detail orientated. She has excellent organizational, problem solving and leadership skills and loves working with others. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband Mike, son Joey and daughter Gia. She loves cooking and she also enjoys entertaining all their family and friends. Never a dull moment at their home and its always a full house.

Chrissy brings over 15 years of marketing expertise to her role as Vice President of Marketing at JRA. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor’s in Advertising Art, her experience includes marketing for high-end design-build projects in both commercial and residential sectors. She combines her skills in strategy, graphic design, and social media to drive impactful campaigns and strengthen JRA’s presence in healthcare real estate.
