Proud founder and managing principal of Joseph Rossi & Associates, Inc. Born and raised in Chicago with deeply rooted background in real estate, before establishing JRA Joe worked in multiple facets of family retail furniture and real estate business. Throughout his career Joe has successfully completed hundreds of real estate transactions, from renting apartments to complex investment sales transactions. Since its inception, JRA has focused exclusively on providing practice professionals real estate and practice solutions. We are proud to have completed over 175 healthcare specific transactions and exceeded well over 100 million in career transaction volume. Joe is passionate and committed to providing JRA’s niche clientele the knowledge to level the playing field.

Gina was born and raised in the greater Chicagoland. A veteran, die-hard Cubs fan, dog lover, and avid traveler, Gina adds a diverse set of skills to the JRA team. Gina has been a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and a Commercial Real Estate Broker before embarking into Mergers & Acquisitions within the environmental services industry.
As Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, Gina’s unique skill set helps her to help our many valued healthcare clients to make informed decisions on whether to buy, build, merge, or expand through acquisition. Once you have chosen a path, Gina will help guide you through the process, negotiate on your behalf in related transactions, as well as connect you with trusted industry specific resources to further ensure your success. Doug Pauly joined Joseph Rossi & Associates in January of 2019. Doug received his Bachelor’s from Millikin University in 2007. Prior to joining JRA, Doug spent the last five years in the commercial real estate industry as part of the Office, Medical, and Retail team at Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate. In his time at Cawley Chicago, Doug represented landlords throughout the Chicagland market on over 1 million square feet of product, and represented tenants on over 50,000 square feet of leasing. Doug’s knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and understanding of every step of the leasing/selling/purchasing process makes him and valuable asset to both landlords and tenants in the market. Some of the notable landlord clients he has worked with include: PANCOR, Illinois Property Solutions, Guardian Life Insurance, DLC Management, Janko Group. and Levin Associated.
