A first-time practice owner leased 2,700 SF in the Meadowbrook Outlot Development, located at 63rd & Woodward, Downers Grove, IL. Tenant represented by Dominic Rossi III of JRA. Landlord represented by Jonathan Hyman of Metro Commercial Real Estate.
Differential Dental (Dr. Stephen Martin) leased 1,886 SF at 6440 Main Street, Suite 310, Woodridge, IL. Tenant represented by Dominic Rossi III and William Park of JRA. Landlord represented by Joseph Yendrek of Equitable Realty Group.
Grand Openings
Smile Wise (Dr. Reem Akel) celebrated their grand opening at The Cottage Shoppes – 623 W North Ave, Elmhurst, IL. Tenant represented by JRA.
Noble Dentistry (Dr. Jared Siegel) officially opened in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood at 3052 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL. Tenant represented by JRA.
Vista Dental (Dr. Shahvar Hussain) celebrated their grand opening at 3602 W Touhy Ave, Skokie, IL. Tenant represented by Dominic Rossi III of JRA.
Forest Bluff Optometry (Dr. Diana Yin) opened their new practice at 207 N Waukegan Rd, Lake Bluff, IL. Tenant represented by JRA.
Practice Sales
Brighter Smile (Dr. Michelle Beckerly) successfully transitioned to Dr. Chris Isabelle. Transaction brokered by William Park of JRA.
Dr. Ahmed Mataria sold his practice to The Sonrisa Group, a nationwide dental service organization. Transaction brokered by Essam (Sam) Tamimi of JRA.
