Congratulations to Dr. Kaminska and the Kaminska Dermatology team on a beautiful new office! After searching for the perfect location, we were able to help Dr. Kaminska secure a very strong retail setting on the corner of Lincoln Ave. and Grace St. in Chicago! Dr. Kaminska founded Kaminska Dermatology in Chicago to put patients first and provide expert multi-generational dermatological care. Dr. Kaminska understands the unique challenges with which patients of diverse cultural backgrounds often struggle, and with her team has created a patient-centric atmosphere.
From Dr. Kaminska: “What can I say, Pete stuck with me for 1.5 years until I found my dream dermatology practice location in a bustling neighborhood. He negotiated a good real estate deal and was patient with my many questions and concerns. When I almost brokered a sublease, he helped me out even though he wasn’t going to get paid. Thank goodness the sublease didn’t work out, because it would have been a disaster. Pete is kind, knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy at all. He’s more concerned that the client is happy than with forcing a deal. Great family company with a family feel. Definitely recommend these guys!!”

Congratulations to Dr. Arlene Rodriguez and the entire Wrigleyville Veterinary team on a beautiful new office. Here we secured a very strong retail setting in the busy Wrigleyville neighborhood! Dennis Dwyer DDS
Congratulations to Dr. Dennis Dwyer on transitioning his 40+ year old practice in Oak Lawn to Dr. Wesley Campin. Dr. Campin, a native of Oak Lawn, and owner of nearby Glow Dental looks forward to merging the two offices together and serving and even greater number of patients in his hometown. Dr Dwyer’s practice had served four generations of families!
